    Hello,
I just bought your theme and I’m getting to know it on a test domain, immediately encountering some problems:
Revolution Slider: the slider demos are not loaded nor can I find them among the theme files. Where are them?
Templates library: following all the instructions of your documentation to add one of the Library blocks, the block is not loaded on the page, why?

    Thanks for help.

    Hello,

Please update your WP Bakery page builder; upload the recent version from the forum. Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check the template library.

Which slider do you need? I will provide.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

yes I deleted the WP Bakery plugin version provided with the theme and uploaded the most recent one taken from the forum. Beyond this, if I have not misunderstood, when I want to import demo blocks from the Library do some plugins have to be deactivated? What to be precise? I don’t know which ones you mean by “not related to them”. As you can verify at the moment the installed plugins are only those required by the theme, plus the one for your Temporary Login.
About Revolution Slider, if possible receive all the Demos provided in the theme, so we can try them, customizing with our images, and choose the best.
    Thanks again.
    Best Regards.

We have just activated the new version of the WP Bakery plugin, and tried to download blocks from the Library but it does not work the same.
1 – Which plugins must be deactivated?
2 – Where should the block appear once downloaded, at the end, the begin of the page?
3 – Can you try to log in and check*?

    Thanks again

    Hello,

Seems the theme was installed incorrectly that is why you could not upload the demo.

It is not possible to provide all sliders, they are too many. Try to reinstall all from scratch and follow the instructions installing the theme https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

    I cannot log in http://prntscr.com/o6w35g

Do not add any plugins till you configure the site completely.

    Best Regards

    Update.
Regarding the request for the Revolution Slider demos, I found the functionality of the Slides you created very interesting, and in this regard:
    – could you confirm that as a solution they can “weigh down / slow down” the page loading speed less than Slider Revolution?
    – in the Slides list I find less than those present in the respective pages, how come? For example the Home Camping in the demo has 3, but then in the “All Items” list I find only two. Would the third be created by copying one of the first?
    – however, if you can send me the Revolution Slider Demos, I would avoid requesting them. For example I started the tests by installing the Demo “Furniture” or “Decor” which included the Slider Revolutio block at the beginning and I’d like to try them.

Regarding WP Bakery page builder, I had misunderstood about the plugins to disable, reading by mistake that those related to “them” (the plugin itself) and not “theme” should be deactivated. So I deactivated the only two plugins added besides the “related” ones from the Theme, but it doesn’t work as well.

These are the active plugins, during the Templates loading tests from the Library
    – CMB2
    – Contact Form 7
    – Facebook for WooCommerce
    – Mailchimp for WooCommerce
    – Mailchimp for WordPress
    – Redux Framework
    – Revolution Slider
    – Safe SVG
    – WooCommerce
    – WooCommerce Services
    – Woodmart Core
    – WPBakery Page Builder
    – YITH WooCommerce Wishlist

Here a summary of the steps followed to understand where the error is:

    – on the selected page and click on “edit page” and select “backend editor”
    – I click on the “template” icon, the one to the right of the + symbol
    – in the Woodmart Template Library that opens, I click the “+” icon again next to the selected object
    – the symbol for uploading your theme (your moving logo) is activated for a few seconds, and then it takes me back to the page, but neither the selected and added block appears in the “backend editor” nor the page.
Where is the mistake? Can you try to log in and try you?
    Thanks again.

You probably couldn’t log in because I was trying to load the Templates again and I had disabled the Temporary Login plugin. It is now active and you can log in.

I await your further verification by logging in, before trying to reinstall the theme. Otherwise you won’t be able to log in again.
During the installation I followed the indicated instructions.
Actually I tried the complete upload several times (with contents, images, widgets, options, etc.) but it didn’t complete. Then I tried without loading the images and it went. Although among the “Media” I found several Log files, which you can still see there.
    Thank you!

In the meantime, I have however tried to reset the entire wordpress database and reinstall the theme via FTP and the necessary plugins and recommended in your documentation (in the list of the Safe SVG documentation but on wordpress is indicated as necessary, and I added it). I uploaded the Wp Bakery and Rev Slider plugins in the most updated versions taken from your forum. But as before, importing the Templates from the Woodmart Library does not work.
At this point, restart the Temporary Login to allow you to check what the problem is.
It occurs to me that it may be due to the fact that I am doing tests on a second level domain. I have read that you can activate the Product Key only on two domains (one test and the definitive one), so if by chance I reinstall everything on another test domain, but of first level, I can cancel the registration of the Product Key already done here?
On the “Activate your theme license” page, it is written that
“Note: you are allowed to use our theme only on one domain if you have purchased a regular license.
But we give you an ability to activate our theme to turn on auto updates on two domains: for the development website and for your production (live) website.
If you need to check all your active domains or you want to remove some of them you should visit our website and check the activation list in your account.”
but in my account I can’t find the Activation List. Where is it?
Because at this point I would prefer to use a normal top-level domain for tests, without wasting the second chance to register the Product Key on what will be the definitive domain of the ecommerce website.
    Thanks again.

    Hello,

Make sure your site meets the requirements provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/

The access to the site has been denied. Please provide valid access and clean WP installation.

Then after a long day of work we seem to have solved !!!
As we imagined, installing the theme on a second-level domain was not a good idea. And in fact we have everything on a new test domain, but of the first level, which we attach below, and both the import of Templates from the Library, and there are the Slider Revolution Demos !!! We were quite demoralized today, we apologize for the different messages sent, but we urgently needed to start working.
    One last but important question.
Since the company will still have to decide on which domain to send online the ecommerce, confirm us and tell us how to cancel the registration of the Purchase Key on the previous domain, so as to then eventually be able to reinstall everything on a new .it or .com domain? As soon as you give us confirmation, we’ll delete the installation and all the database on stufecaldaiepellet.altervista.org.
    Thank you!

    Hello,

You can activate your license key twice: once on dev domain and one on production. So you can work on your new domain and activate your theme.

    Hy,

yes we knew the rules you just remember in your answer:

You can activate your licence key twice: once on dev domain and one on production. So you can work on your new domain and activate your theme.

for this reason, given the impossibility of correctly installing your Theme on a second level domain, as explained above, according to what is indicated in your Theme in the “Theme License” section, and as already indicated above:
Note: you are allowed to use our theme only on one domain if you have purchased a regular license.
But we give you an ability to activate our theme to turn on auto updates on two domains: for the development website and for your production (live) website.
If you need to check all your active domains or you want to remove some of them you should visit our website and check the activation list in your account.

we asked and we take the opportunity to ask again:

why in the Dashboard of our Customer Account, we do not find the Activation List, so as to be able to cancel the first useless activation?
Where do we find it on the My Account page?

It seems clear to us that not being able to use that second level domain (stufecaldaiepellet.altervista.org) to develop the site also the activation of that Purchase Key is useless.
Is it a problem for you to deactivate it?
Can you explain us how to do it?

If you give us the ok, let’s eliminate that installation altogether (it won’t work), we can also give you the passwords to use that domain or what you think is necessary to ensure that we are not using your theme on that domain.

After all, we are your customers from only a few days, and we would like to stay there for more time by purchasing other services, we would just ask to be put in the best conditions now to work on this project.

    We trust in your solution.
    Thank you.
