Checkout page – No checkout button, no payment options, wrong shipment options

    Hi,

    our Basel-based shop won’t show any payment options and there is no final checkout button.
    If I activate twentynineteen-theme everything is there.

    I’m stuck… any idea?

    Just found a workaround by myself: deactivating German Market plugin did the job.

    Unfortunately it’s quite important for me to have this plugin working… is there a solution to make it work together? Can I buy “private support” for this?

    Hello,

    Make sure you have not activated the catalog mode in the Theme Settings > Shop > Catalog mode.

    If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
