Header Builder – HTML code doesn't remain in the field

    Dear,

    I am using the option “Text/HTML” from the header builder but it has a bug. When I enter some code, it saves well. On the page, the code works fine. But then when I want to edit the code, it doesn’t show as the original.

    All customizations were disabled.

    Hello,

    The header builder does not have an option to insert any code inside. If you need more elements, create all in HTML block and insert https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#header_builder

    Or use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

    Your answer makes me think that you didn’t watch the video sent in private section.

    Yes there is a feature to insert HTML code into the header builder. See attachment.

    Hello,

    The code you show in the video can not be inserted. This element works only with text formating code and it works properly I have checked twice.
