Theme Setting Panel Not working

Dear Sir,
Recently Purchase your WoodMart Theme from Theme-forest Marketplace, I can not change anything of theme settings panel. Such as General Layout, Page title, Footer & Typography ete (Almost Theme Setting Panel Not Working or Active)
Please solve my Problem and work to Theme Setting Panel.

Please read and follow the instructions on the theme installation here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
Pay attention to the plugins related to the theme. Make sure you have installed and activated all of them. Navigate to Appearance > Install plugins.
If the Theme settings do not appear, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

I Follow your Instruction WordPress Install then follow Navigate to Appearance > Theme to Upload + Install + Active and also Navigate to Appearance > Install plugins of 7 No. but check not Working Theme Setting Panel.
Then I Install and Active Many WordPress Plugins

Some Add: Parent Theme Install and Active Same Result then 2nd time Child Theme Install and Active still you seen please.
