PROBLEMS WITH PROMO POP UP AND WPML

I have a problem with the translation we are working on two languages right now.
When you translate the bulletin and the German page, and so on to a specific language, we switch to another language that will only work in one language.
Also the new add Plugins-on didn’t work

Promo popup is an HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ You need to create two HTML blocks for each language and then navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block, insert the second shortcode into the translation.

Even the Comparison, wishlist , and Cookies page cannot use multiple languages when translated into another language
