twococlothingParticipantI created the backup with Updraft Plus and the promm says:
Recovery failed,
when performing. Can you look at it, this time, that seems to be a big problem.
Because I can not put your theme back. It could be the dates were lost or deleted, in the update.Attachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check with the host support, perhaps they have the backup of your site which can be restored. If the settings have been lost we can hardly restore.

twococlothingParticipantsince the theme update, I can no longer save html codes in this field.
Can you please help me why that is?October 30, 2019 at 10:25 pm #153619
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Which field do you mean? In the header top bar, yes, HTML code is no longer supported. Try to create the template in HTML block and add the shortcode of the HTML block.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. Please find the custom we have provided in the archives and add to the Custom CSS.
2. We have changed the skin of the CSS blocks.

twococlothingParticipantI put the HTML code in an HTML block and put it in as you said it, and it does not appear as it did before the update. Before the Upadate, the text was displayed with the icons in the top left bar field (gray field) Attached you will find a picture of the view before the update.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
First of all, please disable the plugins which are no more needed as per https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/
Remove the menu you have created as it causes the problem https://gyazo.com/97f58968410cecfbb13a04efbd4c2913
You would better disable all the plugins which duplicate the functionality which is provided by the theme.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have more than 50 plugins activated, some of them may conflict what cause the problem. Please add this code to solve the issue:
body .topbar-menu ul.menu { padding-top:0; position:related; margin-bottom:20px; } body .topbar-menu ul > li { line-height: 8px; margin-top:-20px; } body .topbar-menu ul>li>.sub-menu-dropdown { display:none; }
Here is the result you should get https://prnt.sc/ps51sg

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your slider is a custom code not related to our theme. Its height is bigger than the height of the top bar. I have increased the top bar and it works. https://prnt.sc/ptpudt

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This is a custom made slider. I have corrected with CSS all that was possible to correct. Please try to use the image gallery element or Basel slider instead.
