Update and mobile store products issue

Hello,
I received an email saying there is an update for the woodmart theme. How do I Install this update without loosing the progress on my site?
Also on the mobile version, when I click a vendor store to view the products, the layout is confusing. Just words and no product photos.

To install update of theme you can read and follow the below documentation:

If you are using child version of theme then your customization will not lost after theme update. You can also take a whole site backup before update.
Uninstall all the third party plugins and then check back your site. Also you can check your store images with some default theme like twenty nineteen. So it will be clear that this is the theme issue or not.
