How can I keep the header to be sticky

Please check and make sure you have disabled the Sticky header clone which generates the sticky header layout regardless of your configurations. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/global-header-settings/

If you have disabled and the problem occurs, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area.
