How can I keep the header to be sticky

I clicked on make it sticky on both of the lines https://i.imgur.com/0ILXnZM.png but for some reason I am getting only this https://i.imgur.com/weWdJx2.png and not both the lines https://i.imgur.com/UP2bW5F.png

Please check and make sure you have disabled the Sticky header clone which generates the sticky header layout regardless of your configurations. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/global-header-settings/

If you have disabled and the problem occurs, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area.

I did what you said – however I have 2 problems.

1. the logo moves to the side and dosn’t stay in the middle
2. The quality of the logo drops down very much
