tiendaspyParticipantHi how are you?
I’m using the Woodmart template on my Marketplace, with the WCFM plugin.
Everything works great, except (usually there’s an except) for this :
When I navigate in the store manager (only there) I have the weird sticky side bar that appears and doesn’t do anything except darkening the screen, this is the corresponding line of code I found using the inspector :
<span class=”woodmart-sidebar-opener-label”> Barra Lateral </span>
I read all your topics about this issue in the Support Forum, no solution suiting my problem… BTW I don’t have a Child’s Theme… I can give you access to my website if you need to!
Thank you

tiendaspyParticipantHi again,
I think last night I spent to much time in front of the computer therefore I didn’t explain the issue enough.
The problem is related to the sticky side bar in the store on MOBILE!Let me show you in the 2 attached images.
The issue is related with the small sidebar opener on the left with the “…” and it’s only in the “store manager” of my WCFM plugin.
I deactivated every setting related to the sticky sidebar, it’s still there!

tiendaspyParticipantAs I said previously, the issue is related to the “store Manager”, for the vendors from the Marketplace. At first I thought it was an issue related to woocommerce or WCFM, but using the inspector I found a line of code related with Woodmart.
I invite you to try accessing the store manager from a mobile browser, use this account :
User : [email protected]
Password : in the private content section
If you don’t land directly on the page go to
https://www.tiendaspy.com/store-manager/You’ll quickly see the issue!
Once again thank you

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have tested your store manager and I saw those 3 dots. When I inspect the code it shown the WoodMart sidebar. Which actually works for just for the shop and category pages.
But it shown in your store manager as well in the mobile view. So if you do not want to show that 3 dots element in your screen. You need to make sure that the “Off canvas sidebar for mobile” option is disabled from theme settings >> shop >> Sidebar & page title.
https://jmp.sh/ijogWtIBecause your store manager already have its own sidebar shown in the screenshot:

tiendaspyParticipantHi again,
Thank you for your help!
However I’ve already tried that setting previously, the “Off Canvas sidebar”, and it didn’t work.. I tried again now, and still it didn’t work.. I shared with you in the Private Attachment the credentials to access the back-end, if there’s something there that I’m doing wrong!Thank you once again for your help.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your problem is resolved. Now that sidebar with 3 dots not showing anymore in mobile devices in your store manager.
I used the below CSS code in “CSS personalizado para móviles” area under theme settings.
.offcanvas-sidebar-mobile .woodmart-sticky-sidebar-opener:not(.sticky-toolbar) { display: none; }
