Issue in header banner

    When I activate the banner in the woodmart -> shop section, other elements such as the carousel of the testimonials or the hotspot stop working, how can I correct it?

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check.

    Please make the full backup and update the theme to the recent version and check the problem with WooCommerce MercadoPago deactivated.

    After the Info box block are the testimonials and the hotspot does not work, I had already attached the screen from the first message
