Hello,

1) If you want to display a number of sold and in stock products as a progress bar then you can enable the stock progress bar for single product page from Theme Options >> Product Page >>SHOW / HIDE ELEMENTS >> Stock progress bar.

For the shop page you can enable the progress bar from Theme Options >> SHOP >> PRODUCTS STYLES >> Stock progress bar

2) Yes, popup cart is available in our theme. So when someone click on add to cart button a popup will be shown.

To use the popup cart you need to select the “Show popup” for “Action after add to cart” option from Theme Settings >> Shop.
