WoodMart header builder stuck on saving

    Hello, my woodmart header builder stuck everytime on loading when I click “save”. I disabled all other plugins and cleared the cache but it is still not working. Could you please take a look?

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :).

    I have test your site and your header got stuck while I’m trying to save your header. Also your console contains some errors.

    It seems you missed something while installing the theme. You can check the below documentation for an appropriate installation of theme:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

    Also currently you are using an old version of theme. Kindly update the theme and then check back your site.

    Hello again, I updated the theme and the issue is still there.

    I also checked the installation at the documentation and I did it exactly as you described there.

    Could you please deactivate all the third party plugins included the plugins for payment gateways like “Klarna Payments for WooCommerce”. And allow me to troubleshoot your site.

    Because the error exist in http://monage.linevast-hosting.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php which is not our theme file.

    Also in the file “builder.js” which is a part of admin js files.. If you customize any of those files then undo you changes. And if the error still there then allowed us to check those two files.

    hello all third party plugins are disabled. I changed nothing at the admin-ajax.php

    that was the error – I contacted my provider, they fixxed it. Thank you for helping me out
