Can't configure the design for all menus

Hi,

Yesterday I tried to configure all menus to put some design layout with images and with a specific size, however, I can’t configure more than 4 menus. (see attachments)

How can I solve this?

Hello,

If you want to put design layout with images in other menu items of the category menu then you have to use the html block for the other ones like a mega menu.

First you have to create an HTML BLOCK and then you need to select that specific html block from “HTML Block for the dropdown” option as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/RxKXm21

I already did that for the other menus, however, when I save the changes for the other menus the configurations maintain the same default values.

Hello,

I saw your video attachment and noticed that the html block dropdown is not selectable and always set to none value.

It seems some of your third party plugins conflicts with the theme. Kindly deactivate all the third party plugins and clear your site and browser cache and then check back your site. This will surely fix the issue.

In case if the issue is still there then remain the third party plugins as disable and let me check with theme default plugins.

It’s selectable, however, on the video that I recorded don’t appear :p (I don’t know why.)

Hello,

Your problem is resolved. Now the html blocks works for your other categories menu items also.

You need to check back after clearing your site and browser cache.

Also currently you are using an old version of theme. Kindly update your theme to the latest version as well as theme required plugins.

Hello,

Yes.. I already solve the problem and understand why I cant configure all menus correctly.
my product category menu is gigantic and as I understand it, I was only able to configure the menu format for the first categories.

To solve the problem, I pulled the menu of each category to the top of the menu, changed the settings, saved and then put back in the correct position.

I think there is an error in your query that does not allow you to customize the menu from X menus. If you want, I can try debugging and returning the error so you can test and fix it.

I’m glad that your issue is resolved. But as you said that the changes can only be applied on the menu which exist on very top position.

But when I try the same thing on my test site then everything is working just fine. So might be some of your third party plugins is the cause of this issue. You need to check once with default plugins.
