Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the dev site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Here is my IP 5.248.118.5
Do you use our theme maintenance mode or plugin? Please check how it works on some default theme if you see the same, please contact your hosting support. More likely the reason is in the server configuration.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please disable blocking the site by IP for a while as it is necessary to check some other team members and I cannot provide all the IPs
Best Regards

Artem TemosKeymaster403 Forbidden error says that this request is blocked by the server. Contact your hosting provider to help in this question since it is not our theme or plugin problem.

shukiParticipantThis happened right after the update. it was working well. also, when the theme is turned off it works well, how can you explain it ?
Please check again. i cannot accept your answer here, the 403 appeared after the theme and plugin update. there is some conflict in the new code.
we dont use a Firewall and no changes have been made to the htaccess file in the last few weeks
Thank you ArtemDecember 31, 2019 at 8:14 am #165704
Artem TemosKeymasterIt can’t be caused by the update since 403 error is not caused by the code, but by the server configuration. Read more information here for example https://www.howtogeek.com/357785/what-is-a-403-forbidden-error-and-how-can-i-fix-it/
If you want, we can send you any version of our theme so you can install it and check how it works.January 6, 2020 at 10:19 am #166473

shukiParticipantHi, the 403 was not there before the theme update. and when i say 403 this is generated from the ajax response.
When changing to another theme this solves the issue and slider evolution works fine.
the conclusion is its coming from the theme. can you look more closely at this please , it is quite urgent
Thank youJanuary 8, 2020 at 7:04 am #166847
Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, enable some default theme and turn off all 3rd party plugins so we can test this.
