    Hello, we are back to the question of simple WooCommerce auctions.
    An unauthorized user increases the bid on the lot (link to the lot https://auhouse.ru/product/мфу-струйное-hp-deskjet-2620-all-in-one/) and does not receive a pop-up notification Sign in to the system. Yesterday it worked, today it does not work again, please check what the problem is

    Hello,

    As you are using the “WooCommerce auctions” plugin and you face this issue that the pop-up notification does not shown to Sign in to the system.

    Could you please check how this plugin works with some default theme like twenty nineteen so it will be cleared that is this our theme issue or not.

    I tried this on Storefront, there is also no login notification, but I don’t understand why it worked / did not work yesterday and worked / does not work today?

    The woocommerce simple auction plugin developer says everything works fine. Techmarket theme was not a problem in this regard.

    Hello,

    Yes, I will help you to fix it, but before that could you please confirm that this plugin works in default WordPress theme like twenty nineteen or not, You can test the plugin by activating some default theme from Appearance >> Themes, So it will be cleared that the plugin did not conflict with some other plugins on your site. Because when you test the plugin with “Storefront The Official WooCommerce Theme‎” it also did not shown any notification.

    Also you need to clear your site and browser cache and then check back once. Because I have test your site and it displays the login notification when I try to change the bid.

    In general, the hosting provider does not find errors on its part and everything works for woocommerce simple auction, only you are left =)

    Hello,

    I have test your site multiple times and whenever I try to increase the bid, a pop-up notification to sign in to the system always shown.

    And If I’m already login then it displays a notification of success in green popup. Could you please deactivate all the third party plugins except of theme requires plugins and the plugin “WooCommerce auctions” and allow me to troubleshoot your site only with that plugin.

    I have test your site with deactivating all the third party plugins, That plugin did not show the login popup notification, But it also did not let the user to increase the BID also, until the user sign in to site.

    Actually those notifications shown with the help of default WooCommerce functionality and our theme does not influence this. Its seems the code confliction of that “WooCommerce Simple Auctions” plugin with default WooCommerce functionality that’s why we are not able to fix it.

    You need to contact plugin support team or to the team of WooCommerce plugin as it is out of our scope.

    Actually those notifications shown with the help of default WooCommerce functionality and our theme does not influence this.

    It seems the code conflict of that “WooCommerce Simple Auctions” plugin with default WooCommerce functionality that’s why we are not able to fix it.

    When you try to bid in modal window you do not get that, and that is theme issue. You will have to research that yourself, we have no idea why theme works like that, probably due to enabled option “Allow customers to place orders without an account”. You can try to disable that.

    I disabled the function of placing an order and there are no changes.

    I have revisited your website. I have searched about Simple WooCommerce Auction Plugin.
    Unfortunately, The plugin is not designed to work in quick view since it is not a standard WooCommerce function this should be addressed to plugin’s developers, since we don’t declare its full compatibility.

    Hello,

    1) You cannot replace the standard login/register form with WCFM vendor login. Because the login/register page is handled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. You can add the link of the vendor register page in the header using header builder and using the HTML Module.

    2) The file that causes the 404 error is a typekit font CSS file, it is included only when you set its typekit ID in Theme Settings. So it means that you added WRONG or not existing ID there. Please remove that from Theme Settings or insert the correct ID.

    This will fix the error.
