I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. To align the price correctly please add the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area Under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.single_add_to_cart_button .woocommerce-Price-amount.amount {
margin-left: 8px;
margin-top: -2px;
}
