This functionality is not in your theme, but it is already in WordPress. Please support it with your theme! 🙂 If you only want, you could add this feature to your theme to help us to respect the privacy of the users. If a user leave us a review and we use their names they should accept a privacy policy with a checkbox. The same with comments on blog posts pages.
