    I just install a new version and want to edit header but I was not able to see anything in Welcome to Woodmart dashboard. How can I access WoodMart header builder?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please make sure that you Have installed and activated all the recommended plugins.

    You can follow the steps provided in our detailed documentation:

    If the problem continues then please provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I have fixed the issue on your website and the header builder is working absolutely fine on my end. Please clear cache and check back.

    I have just deactivated all the third party plugins and regenerated the CSS and its working fine now.

    Hello,

    I have tested your website again and it’s a third party plugin confliction that is causing the issue in your case.

    I have deactivated events calendar plugin that was causing the problem. And now the header builder is working absolutely fine on my end. Please clear cache and check back.

    I still have a problem with the slider. I revised background images of slider 1 but still not able to see this revision when I refresh my website.

    It was A3 Lazy load plugin that was causing the problem in your case. I have deactivated it and Regenerated the CSS and it is working absolutely fine.

    How can I change headers on the product details page? My brand is GLIZa but the product details page’s header is different than my main header. How can I fix it?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you made the header default on from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Click the star icon to make a header default.

    Then you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Single Product header. And make sure not any other header selected.
