how to set menu and submenu

Hello,

I bought and installed a template on https://tiny.pl/tvh7b I have such a problem

adds a graphic with the given numbers in the attachment, I am asking for information on how I can set the side menu, categories, top menu and links at the bottom of the menu.
To make it easier for you to describe, I numbered them with numbers from 1 to 4 https://prnt.sc/r5b9bv

You need to create your menu in Appearance > Menu, here is the tutorial on how to do it: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide

Browse Category menu is added by means of Category element Top menu is added by means of the Secondary menu element in Header Builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/
