WoodMart header builder is not working

    Hello
    WoodMart header builder is not working, the only blank page is coming when I click edit header option in top center of WordPress

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

    Navigate to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate file and save.

    Disable server caching, clear browser cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then please provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    I tried following steps you suggested, but still, header builder is not working, I am willing to provide my admin panel login details of my website, may I know where I can send the credentials by mail or in this reply area itself, but make sure that it won’t be in the public

    Hello,

    I have deactivated all the third party plugins and Regenerated the CSS file and the Header builder is working absolutely fine on my end. Please disable server caching, clear browser cache and check back.
