Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please read and follow the instruction provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/variable-products-swatches/
As soon as you configure the swatches, navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/ You will find the options inside the widget.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Swatches do not work with custom attributes https://prnt.sc/rac7hg They work only with the global attributes. Please follow the instruction on how to create and assign global attributes. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/variable-products-swatches/

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Content is not covered by our support and it is time-consuming process.

[email protected]ParticipantAre you confirming you can not replicate the issue on my end. I don’t understand what you saying content support not supported and that its along process..if it is a long process with you do you really expect me to get a solution???.
this is not a content issue but a config issue have tried with all the guide provided with no success. that’s why i suggested you try on my site, may be I’m missing something.
I need help.!!!!!March 4, 2020 at 1:21 pm #177862
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Our support does not cover creating and configuring the products.
Please take the instructions I have provided and follow them.
You show me the problem: https://prnt.sc/rbgmx0
I have provided instruction on what you should do to remove these labels from the product image:
In order to deactivate the attribute, navigate to Products > Attributes > enter the attribute and disable “Show attribute label on products”
You have not done that https://gyazo.com/f2957188693f0de1ba38969c37dacb92
You will not get the result if you do not follow the instruction. Our support covers issues on fixing any bugs, consulting how to do this or that, however, our support does not include configuring the site and creating the content. The product is the content.
First of all, remove the checkmark in the attribute. as shown in the video screen, then
1. Create attribute: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/
2. Assign them to the variable product and create variations: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
3. Configure the swatches as per your needs following the instructions. As soon as you create a variable product, I will enter the site and check your settings and help if you will need.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As I wrote above, you should disable the labels in this way: https://gyazo.com/b037eefdb3698a7f94f45175da517bdc
I have done that and labels have been removed.
Best Regards
