Hello,

It seems that you didn’t run WooCommerce setup wizard or didn’t create a shop and the import can’t be run now. You need to run WooCommerce setup wizard or install pages manually via WooCommerce -> System status -> Tools

It seems that you didn’t install our dummy content correctly. Please, reinstall your WordPress from scratch and follow our documentation guide and check our video tutorial https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

Our dummy content can be installed on the fresh installation without any content. Please, reinstall your WordPress and follow our documentation guide. If it will not help, we will try to do this ourselves. But be sure that you have cleared your database first.

i already contact my hosting. and they help me reinstall it. but when itry and follow your video, i stuck here, because idont see any words to intsall dummy content.

i hope u undestand. your theme its so hard to understand. and the step@guide at your vidoe is not same 100% to me for follow it

i hope u can consider to help me.

if i know u dont want to help me like this. maybe i will buy theme porto not yours. i want to settle my theme asap, but your team doesnt want to help me.

Check your URL settings in WordPress -> Settings, try to resave Theme Settings and temporarily remove style.css regenerated in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> CSS generator.

But it is not a CSS issue. As we said, something is wrong with your website URLs, not in the theme.

The screenshot shows that images can’t be loaded because they are loaded from the old domain. And it means that your database still contains old URLs.

1. Please, read our instructions carefully. It says that you have footer widgets in Appearance -> Widgets. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/set-up-footer/

2. You need to edit your default header that is set for your website. It is marked with “Star”.
