Filter loads wrong products on second page and with filter on wrong position

    In default Shop page,
    using the setting of the Shop to show 12 products and Pagination, after clicking on page 2, multiple products are visible (same products from page 1 and more than 12). The filter is in the middle of the page.

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Have you added the filter element just in the shop page? If yes, please remove it. The shop page is the functional Woocommerce page and it is not editable.

    Please add the custom filter correctly, following these steps:

    1. Enable Top filters in the Theme Settings > Shop > Shop filters https://gyazo.com/3564df2a5d658a0010b6c0ebd0b537d4

    2. Enable Shop filters area always opened

    3. Shop filters content type should be set Custom content

    4. Create HTML block and add your filters https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

    5. As soon as you set “Custom content” in the filter content type, you will see the drop-down list of HTML blocks, chose yours with the filters.

    Thank you for your reply,
    the shop page is empty (there are no lines of code on front and back-end) and the setup of the filter has already followed your instruction.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
