    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the WoodMart theme. Then Navigate to WoodMart >> Base Import >> Demo Layout.

    Select demo layout and then Generate CSS from Woodmart >> CSS Generator.

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please make sure you have installed and activated all the recommended plugins.

    You can also read our detailed documentation for further help in the following link:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

    Then check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I have visited your website and the option to import demo data was disabled that’s why the Base Import was not coming in the theme settings. I have enabled it and the Base Import is working absolutely fine on my end.

    Now you can import any of the demo layout according to your needs.
