Home page product carousel is loading not the normal way

Hi,
I found the issue from “product carousel” from home page, it’s loading not the normal way,
Once open the page, it’s stuck for a moment and doesn’t work. see the screenshot you will see the issue and also please check the website and hopefully can find the issue for me.

ok, it looks okay now, but something different from different browsers..

Strange, but we didn’t get any similar reports before.
hmmm, I hope I could fix this issue, it’s kind of distraction 🙁
I still can see the issue and also if you click pages and pages, can see some flicking when changing pages. :((
