API request call error

Hello.

When you try to activate the theme with my key, the following error appears:
“API request call error. Contact your server vendors and ask to update the OpenSSL system library to version 1.0+.”.

I tried to reinstall the template and deactivate the other plug-ins, but I still get the same error.

Can you help me?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Send us your purchase code also.

Please, ask your hosting to check the issue from their side.

I just updated the certificate, but I still get the same error.
Why do I get this result when I take the test? (capture)

Please, check this problem with your hosting provider. It would be better if they will check this particular problem from their side because the error comes from PHP core.
