dgmaxiParticipantHi there, I have the woodmart theme here
https://theorganicdelimarket.com/The mobile menu is one that is not showing on mobile phones, but it does show when I reduce the desktop screen, ANY EXPLANTION FOR THIS?
There is no cache in the site, not a cache issue.
Thanks!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We just tested your website on a few mobile devices and in the browser and it shows like your screenshot. Try to disable all external plugins and check again.
Kind Regards

dgmaxiParticipantSory but no, there are no cache plugins, unless the Woodmart theme itself caches something or minimizes something.
The strange thing is that I get the correct menu on my desktop screen, so this must be some JS related to the Mobile detection, I have a Main menu and a Mobile menu, they are different
Can I send you wp-admin access and you can get there and check what might be the problem?

Artem TemosKeymasterHere is a screenshot from the browser https://gyazo.com/036957c37c93d62844c5a0030122ee7d
and here is from mobile device https://gyazo.com/8a9080645b7b77c3e511649c24acbfde
Our theme doesn’t have any built in caching mechanisms. And the issue with icons is caused by a wrong URL set in WordPress -> Settings -> General. It should be the same as you have configured on your server (with WWW. prefix).

dgmaxiParticipantOK but its wrong, the menu configured for desktop is one with HTML blocks and the one configured for mobile has not html blocks, and the site is showing whatever it wants!
I attach you the menus configurations

Artem TemosKeymasterWe see that you have one and the same menu set as your main navigation and for your mobile menu https://gyazo.com/daac060bfd2323f8a308031669329727
You need to create separate navigations and set them into appropriation theme locations https://gyazo.com/43db2d0e0806caf0efd4f9cdb1b3ef0aRegards
