AJAX Problem Base Demo

    Hello,

    I have update the basic import but it have happened an AJAX problem.

    I have entered in the base demo section and no error has appeared but my site looks like that.

    Any help?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    Please make sure that you have set the requirements according to the following link:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/

    Then Make sure that you have installed and activated all the recommended plugins. Then check back.

    If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    I have just activated two recommended plugins (mailchimp and contact form) but the problem still exist.

    It seems that you already import our dummy content a few times. We suggest you to remove unnecessary elements from the menu or create a new one to make your website look correctly.
    If you want to import it from scratch, you need to reinstall WordPress completely and send us your FTP and admin access. We will check why that error occurred and import the dummy content for you.

    Maybe I could talk to my hosting provider in order to solve that error.

    Anyways, could I upload again woodmart theme .zip in my wordpress dashboard? Or is it better to do that in FTP?

    If it would be the same, I could do it from WordPress by myself.

    You can upload it via Appearance -> Themes without any doubts.
