Please make the full backup of your site and check it on a free Storefront theme. If the problem remains, contact the plugin support. If the problem occurs only on our theme, provide the site admin access to the private area as well as page URL.

I am viewing the site and I do not see anything in the shop at all, the category pages are also empty.
