hello, I got this message from woocommerce, I think version of now is not upgraded to meet woocommerce terms, I have errors on site, and I can’t load it on safari

Hello,

You may need to edit the child theme’s style.css file and change the parent theme name there. It should fix this issue.

OR

Sometimes you have uploaded a wrong file. Read this article about this error https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510?_ga=2.199633960.704840866.1516998305-1337139932.1488383483

And your provided WP Admin Login details are no more correct/working now.

hey. I don’t know what you did but I lost some changes I made on prices, and the footer disappeared. and I still can’t get in safari. Please can you make a backup from cloudways to yesterday night, or should I ask my developer.

I fixed footer and widgets in shop, I am checking with developer to fix pricing css, but the problem is still ther on safari can’t load the site.
