Two doubts about how the woodmart works

Good morning, I have two doubts with the woodmart.
– I would like to know if it is possible to have two “top bars”.
– And the second is that I want to put in my footer a form with the plugin (contact form 7), but embedding the short code doesn’t show me anything, it doesn’t work, not even with PHP tags, is there a way to do what? in this template

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You can have two top bars. One is the top bar of the Header builder (it has three rows) and one more row is the Header banner, you can enable it in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Header banner.
Have you tried to create HTML block and insert the ID into the pre-footer area of the Theme Settings > Footer? https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#pre-footer
You can insert contact form or make it as a popup.

I wanna know if this plugin HTML blocks is free, because i search in store wordpress and not is.
Also i try with PHP tags echo do_shortcode(”) but not show nothing.

HTML block is the feature integrated into our theme. You can find it in Dashboard > HTML blocks. You will find that it is the option to insert any WP bakery page builder element or template. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
