Here I am unable to use my Item Purchase Code in my domain https://www.ashimasalankaar.com/. It shows me an error You have activated your purchase code more than 3 times. You are allowed to do this for two domains only. Check all your activations on our website in your account section. You are able to deactivate some domains there.
Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible also here I am sharing the screenshot for your reference.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You can activate your theme twice for one and the same site: once on dev platform and once for live platform. Now you need to delete your activation in your ThemeForest profile. Then you will be able to activate your theme.
