    Hello,

    When a customer tries to search for a product by sku number – the product cannot be found!

    Please help with this issue.

    Hello,

    Have you enabled search by SKU in the Theme Settings > Shop > SKU. If you have it it does not works, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to stop all plugins.

    This is a site that is online and I have customers every day! There is no way to stop its functionality. Please for another direction.

    I am currently using the recommended plugin in your theme: Relevanssi Search

    I migrated it to an additional domain. Please disregard the fact that it is slightly broken in some parts. This is because I changed the domain name and for some reason after migrating your theme does not catch the settings.

    But here again, the searching for SKU does not work.

    Check how the theme works on a net WP installation. Please provide valid credentials.

    It seems you have migrated the site incorrectly. Try to do it again with the free All in one WP migrating plugin.

    I have deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme for 5 minutes max and got this result https://prnt.sc/tm602j

    As you can see the search by SKU works well. Now I have activated all as they were.

    Now you need to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, leave these plugins only:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    Then activate the plugins one by one checking the search by SKU to detect which one causes the problem.

    Something that I make is to stop all plugin not related to the theme on the test migrated site in private content.

    But there is no such a result. The access data is the same as my live one.

    Hi,

    I found the problem plugin “Relevanssi” – this is the one you specify can be used with your theme and you have set it as an option.

    Can you help fix a problem with your theme and this plugin?

    It is included as an option to the theme settings.

    Sorry, but this is a standard answer.
    You haven’t even read what I wrote.
    I did this and pointed out that the problem plugin is Relevanssi.

    You need to be more responsive to your customers!!!

    Since I guess there will be more such questions, I was able to find a solution:

    Settings> Relevance> Indexing> Advanced indexing> Hyphens and dashes, set this to “keep” or “remove” and then rebuild the index. That should help.

    When I deactivated the plugins the search worked well. If you have found incorrect Relevanssi plugin work, please contact the plugin support. Our theme is compatible with the plugin, however, we do not support the plugin, our support relate to issues of the WoodMart theme.
