Terms and conditions display error

At my checkout, as shown in the picture, the terms and conditions are preceded by some code which should not be visible, how can I remove this?

in other themes, when click the terms and conditions, it will take straight to the terms and conditions page.

We have tested your website and it works in the same way with default WordPress theme too

You just need to create a terms and conditions page that is simple formatted text or just edit the code out of the page in “classic – text” editing view to remove code elements.
We mean that this issue is not related to our theme since it doesn’t work correctly with default storefront theme as well.
