Hey, When ever i open the site on mobile and open the menu so the menu is on the top of header so it hides the toggle button so i cant close it then. Please review it on live mobile… because on web it works fine.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
Hello, I deactivated all the plugins which are not related to the theme and also switched to the parent theme. But still, the menu on mobile is not closing. I have noticed one thing that if you are on some other page than it works but it does not work on the home page.
I think you are getting mw wrong… While staying on home page if I open the side menu and I don’t want to click on any button and want to close the side menu than how do I do that ?
I am saying side menu is not closing back…. once you click on the side menu … and if you don’t want to click on any button and want to close back the menu it does not work
Please refer to the first response to your topic, where I explained how to close the menu: there are two ways: 1) to chose a menu item, 2) click an empty space to close. As I told there is no button to close.
Adding a button requires complicated customization that is not covered by our support.
Now I am checking your site, the mobile menu is closed when I click on an empty space, and menu sites work properly as well. I attach the video. If you still have the problem, please advise what device you use?
We see that you are using WPBakery and Elementor builders at the same time. Please, leave only one builder and disable custom header and footer built with WPBakery or Elementor. Also, deactivate all external plugins that are not related to our theme.
