    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    I have logged into your website and set the width to full width from Theme Settings >> General Layout and the website is full width now.

    Still the problem zoom 100%
    But the site displays the status of the phone

    you did not get my point
    I mean that when I run the site on a computer, it shows it to me on phone mode. To convert the browser down to 90%, it will switch to the one I want
    I want to display it in the computer mode and the browser percentage is 100%.

    Hello,

    I have understood the issue correctly. Some of the devices have the same dimensions that are used for the tablet version of the website that’s why the website is displayed like that.

    As you saw the screenshot from my side it is displayed fine.

    Hello,

    As I mentioned that your issue is with your device screen not with our theme you can try changing the resolution or device.

    Unfortunately, there is no option in Theme Settings to turn off the mobile layout.

    It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Please make sure that you have setup the requirements according to the link below:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/

    Then Follow the following steps to import the demo.

    To import demo Please make sure that you have installed and activated all the required plugins.

    Then Go to Woodmart >> Base Import >> Import the Base version first. Then set the demo layout.

    Then Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator and Generate CSS file.
