    Our custom placeholder image will not display until the original image will be loaded.

    We have added an image, but our images on the site are loaded directly without the image reserved before the appearance of the original image is not displayed.
    Help us.

    I have watched the video and visited your website. It seems that you have also enabled lazy loading through jetpack as well.

    Please disable the jetpack plugin lazy loading and check back.

    I disabled lazy loading of the jetpack plugin but it’s still the same

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
