Problems with Speed

We have encountered some issues.

1. Given the modules/set up we are using, how many and which modules can we remove from Woodmart theme?

2. What is the ideal way, manually or via their Settings page?

3. ⁠we have about 99 requests right now if we search for Woodmart in our GTMetrix test. Please advise
