Images not showing next to Menu

Hello,
We just purchased and installed the theme. On the basic light version there were images next to the category items. I added new categories and added images to them but they are not showing on the menu. How can this be resolved? Thank you.

If you still have the problem, please provide your site admin access and category with the problem to the private area.

Hello, unfortunately, that did not work. I added PNG files and tried some of the SVG files that came with the theme and those did not work either.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated or confirm the permit to disable the plugins for the while of checking.
