    I responsive my page but in mobile I couldn’t see my video banner, in setting I active it
    and another question, do you have a solution about better setting for responsive theme

    I suspect that video is just disabled on mobile as it is not possible to scale video on background.

    Hide this row on mobile and add another row with the youtube element inside for mobile.

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme provide your site admin access to the private area.

    that means: we can use another plugin with your theme? my site is live and I couldn’t remove all of the plugins, but I deactivated most of the plugin
    please check it for banner moble friendly.
    I correct about the broken link
    and I see one message about update woo-commerce, what can I have to do?

    Hello,

    Our theme is 100% responsive.

    This banner does not relate to our theme, please contact the plugin support. Deactivate the plugins for the while of checking, check the site, and then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    You attach the video as a background on the WP Bakery row. The video background is not shown on mobile regardless of the theme. You will see the same on any other theme.

    I have set a video on the background row and I check it on the Storefront theme, I see the same: https://gyazo.com/f39f630db9013bf074a9cd5b2538a30c

    Our support covers all the issues related to the WoodMart theme. Such issues are beyond our support policy.

    When the video is used as the background it cannot be scaled that is why it is not shown. Our them can not change the nature of the video on background.
