Problems updating theme

    I’m trying to update theme following documentation, but I get error:

    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Pls advise

    Hello,

    Please take a complete backup of the website and read the instructions provided in our detailed documentation on how to update the theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you are still unable then provide admin panel login and FTP details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    I have uploaded and activated the latest version of the WoodMart theme please clear the cache and check back.

    If you are still unable then create a separate topic and provide admin panel login details and FTP details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
