The loading animation of the "add to cart" button would not stop.

    Hi,

    After pressed the “add to cart” button, the loading animation of the button would not stop, and did not change the number upon navigation menu cart icon automatically neither until I refresh the page manually.

    Could you help me settling this issue? Thank you!

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins to deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

    If you cannot keep the site without the plugins confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hi,

    I tried it but the problem remains even after all the plugins deactivated.
    and yes, you can deactivate the plugins if needed.

    After I updated the theme and the plug-ins as much as possible, the problem raised last time was solved, but new problems appeared.

    After clicking the navigation bar cart icon, the items of the shopping cart slider that slides out from the right side can’t be deleted, and loading animation can’t stop.

    I’ve already make the backup of the site. Could you help me settling this issue above? Thank you.

    The loading animation would not stop if we tried to delete the items of the shopping cart.

    But the problom was solved after I enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives. It’s seems like the answer? It’s a little bit confused but thank your anyway!
