Hello I have just bought your theme and I have a question now. There is no place to open a ticket online, and no email. How can I get the support? I have a question need help with this theme.

We provide support by means of this forum. You can write about your problem in public or in a private areas.
I have checked the screen you provide. You have installed and activated both Elementor and WP bakery page builder, chose one of them, and deactivate another one. WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. Then navigate to the Theme Settings > General and enable the builder you are going to use.

Hello Thank you for your quick reply
But it is not the plugin problem, I noticed that reminding earlier too and I deactivated Elementor but it still keep the same. Please check the attached picture which listed all my active plugins. I watched over your installation video and make sure the installation of theme procedure is correct. I installed both woodmart.zip file and woodmart-child.zip and activated both of them.
So what can I do to fix this problem now?

Sorry I solved the problem. It is my fault. I have an one admin managing multiple wp websites, I deactived elementor from the main admin, but did not do the same for this site alone. Now it is OK. Thank you for ur help. No bother now.
