Pls assist icons not loading showing as boxes

    Hi there i see this has been discussed before however can you assist me with this problem? I have 2 websites that are facing this issue it happens when i use elementor

    Hope you can help me solve this issue urgently, thanks

    Hello,

    It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on WP bakery page builder into Elementor. In order to have a site basing on the Elementor builder, it is necessary to replicate the site from scratch on a new WordPress installation with the Elementor plugin.

    Hi Elise,

    The site no 1 is new, built from scratch and i selected Elementor as the builder, I have not yet added or imported a demo and it is already showing the icon as boxes. Can you help me with that please?

    Hello,

    Site # 2 Please make the full backup of the site and update the theme https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
    Then save the Theme Setting, update files in CSS generator if you used them and clear your cache.

    Site # 1

    Please set HTTPS in the Dashboard > Settings > General your site URL should be https://….
