Using new activation code

    Hello,
    I have been using Woodmart theme for my WordPress website for a few months now. Actually I came over it but accident (on YouTube) and wanted to discover and experiment it before deciding to use it as my first choice WordPress theme. Now, I’ve definitely decided to use it and recently purchased a premium theme for my already existing website.
    My concern is that the first site seemed activated but I can’t update it. So I doubt about its safety.
    Can you please help me use my new Purchase code with my already existing website so that my website be secured and provide me with full control over it while keeping the whole content of it?

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hello,

    I’ve just disabled all plugins that are not related to your theme as required.
    Yesterday, I deactivated the theme and reactivated it with my Purchase code, but updating it is still a problem.
    Please find my admin access below.

    You have a very old version and it was an issue with our auto-update process. That is why you need to update the theme manually this time. Please, download the theme from ThemeForest and simply reinstall. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
