Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
In order to import the theme settings, you need first of all export the file and then import.
As I understand you are going to import a demo. If so, please follow this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
If you dance any problems or need help, please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to open the file, copy everything, and insert it in the field. Please provide your site admin access I will import the settings.
If you do not need the demo data you do not need to upload the demo data.
Best Regards
