Unable to add product tag

I’m using Woodmart theme and Elementor pro for editing the page. In my woocommerce I have 100+ products tag.

Now Planning to Create a landing page to display first four products having particular product tag using [XTEMOS] element – product (Grid or Carousel).

I added [XTEMOS] element “Product (Grid or Carousel)” and Selected Data Source as “All Products” but when i entered product tags in “Categories or tags”, it is displaying “No results found”.

Categories or tags – option to display products from one or more categories or from one or more tags. You can choose to display products either by category/categories or by tag/tags but not both. At the same time, you can set a category and featured products. In this case, the featured product from the selected category will be shown;

Issue : Unable to add product tags. product tag or categories are not getting displayed in drop down. instead its return “No results found”
