Submitted Star Ratings in grid only viewable on hover/mouse – price disappears

    Hi team – hoping you can help me understand the logic behind the star ratings and how they show up in the grid. On the homepage (https://flyhemplife.com) we finally received a couple of product reviews today however, instead of showing their 5 star rating in normal view, they only show up when someone hovers/mouses over the product. This is quite confusing as all products with 0 (zero) ratings show the stars (unfilled). Seems like reverse logic to me. How do we get either 1) ALL ratings to show up or ONLY the products with actual ratings?

    Also noticed that on hover/mouseover the price of the product disappears and are replaced by the star rating!

    Hello,

    By default, our theme doesn’t have such a problem. Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the parent theme and provide us your admin access so we could check it?

    Yeah, so that’s not going to happen right now. I can provide you admin access to check the site but not disabling while we’re in production, apologies. Let me know if you still want to login but we can’t disable anything at the current moment as we have a number of paid ads and social campaigns going on.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
