    Hello Xtemos team, i am in love with your basel theme. But i have a huge problem, my website crashes on mobile devices with android. IOs and windows have no problems.

    Please help me with that.

    Thanks for the support, the files describe the problem.

    Huawei P20 with edge
    Samsung S20 with explorer
    Samsung Note 9 with edge

    search engine google, also tried with bing

    All with android, all the same problem. feedback from android devices all the same.
    Delete cache and history doesn’t solve the problem

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
